Tend & Befriend

Leave chronic stress and "fight or flight" behind. Embark on a journey of self exploration, supportive presence, and fierce self-compassion.

Become your own strongest ally.

Many of us are our own harshest critic. We may have grown up absorbing a lot of negativity, lived through trauma (with a big or little "t"), or learned to judge and punish ourselves before others could. Our society does not teach us how to truly love, care for, or give ourselves the compassion that we absolutely deserve. In fact, a lot of us may think it is selfish, self-indulgent, or that it will make us "lazy" or "weak" if we do.

But we cannot pour from an empty cup. By learning how to tend and befriend ourselves, we strengthen our capacity to take care of others, deepen our connection to ourselves and our world, and discover our true passions and purpose. Imagine if you had a supportive, empathetic, unconditionally loving friend with you every minute of every day.
What could that do for you? How would your life change?

What if you could provide yourself with what you truly need?

What's holding you back?

Tend & Befriend is designed to guide you on your journey to overcome common struggles many of us face:

  • limiting beliefs
  • self-sabotage
  • negative self-talk
  • people pleasing
  • procrastination
  • low motivation
  • low self-worth
